The world needs you.
I understand you have a lot on your plate, managing your business and dealing with everyday challenges. However, it’s crucial to acknowledge that the world is in a crisis, and the situation deteriorates with each passing day. Your leadership is needed now more than ever.
I don’t write about politics, and I will continue not to do that, but with every escalation in world geopolitics, another escalation is being triggered. And we all know how that will end if it doesn’t stop.
I like to write optimistic Insights and leave you with some positive thoughts to reflect on, which I will also do, but it’s getting harder to focus on what I do and ignore the world around us.
Polarization is worsening, listening to other perspectives is deteriorating, pressure to perform is increasing, and distractions are snowballing.
I see people I’m close to being part of this dangerous trend. This trend is characterized by individuals who see and hear only what they want to see, follow the algorithms that show them what they want, and don’t check the other voices. When playing devil’s advocate, you’re being laughed at. This trend is dangerous because it leads to polarization and a lack of understanding of diverse perspectives.
