How do YOU decide?
A significant decision I currently face is deciding where to live. I’m a free man, as a good friend reminded me recently, so the world is my Oyster.
Technically, because we started The Purple Swans recently, and I’m also engaged with a project in Hamburg and London. Therefore, deciding to relocate to Sydney, Australia, will not benefit the business in which I’m involved. But any place in North Western Europe is game, provided there is an airport nearby.
I’m not alone in facing the challenge of making life-altering decisions. Otherwise, I would not have to write this Insight. This Insight is not about the million trivial decisions you make daily, such as what you will wear, eat, or watch today.
This is about the game changers that can transform your life or business. Or both.
These are the decisions that shape your narrative, the ones you’ll recount when asked about the key moments in your life. They could be about career changes, moving to a new city, starting a business, or even ending a relationship.
We all know people who have dreams they never accomplish, sometimes because they fear the consequences of pursuing their dreams, and sometimes because they don’t make the time to pursue them.
