Do more of what makes you Happy!
I had a funny conversation with my friend Blake on Saturday, just before teeing off in our golf tournament.
He’s following me and knows I’ve been traveling like crazy lately. He also knows I’m in the process of finding a place to call home, and he’s curious.
So he asked how I was doing, and we had a short but pleasant conversation.
I shared my travels from the past weeks and couldn’t remember immediately:
Nepal, Prague, Hamburg, Slavkov u Brna, Cluj, Mallorca, Hamburg, The Hague, London, Prague, and soon Provence, Prague (1 night), Hamburg.
He laughed because I had trouble remembering where I had been and the sequence of my travels.
Then, he asked how I managed with my stuff, and I told him about my storage unit. I shared that I had just been there in the morning before picking up my golf clubs.
And then I said:
“You know, Blake, to keep my sanity, I have sometimes to remind myself to remain happy, and so I have a little picture in my storage unit (see above) that states:
“Do more of what makes you happy.”
